A New Super Tea Is Here

After a year of health challenges, I began learning how important an anti-inflammatory diet can be for long-term wellness. I searched the grocery store aisles for a beverage that could deliver those kinds of ingredients in a way I'd actually want to drink every day, but everything came up short.

So I started creating my own in my home kitchen. After countless iterations, I landed on a recipe I loved: refreshing, delicious, and built around ginger, turmeric, and other botanicals I believed in.

To help bridge the jump from home kitchen to commercial product, I partnered with the Oregon Food Innovation Center, working to stay true to the backbone ingredients and the purpose that inspired West Set from the beginning.

The brand itself was inspired by the golden tones of ginger and turmeric and the calm, renewing feeling of watching a sunset on the beach. West Set is designed to become a new daily ritual, one that helps people feel good while enjoying powerful ingredients from nature.
